1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of every government office. It neither stores official records nor retrieves, certifies, changes, or files them.

Its role is to identify the Taylor County sheriff, court clerks, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, and other official custodians, along with outside tools that may assist lawful research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is allowed only if the visitor agrees not to:

• Violate federal, Texas, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person
• Use the content for any FCRA-regulated decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to site systems or data
• Deploy scrapers, bots, or other automated collection tools
• Disrupt performance or interfere with another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, and unlawful discrimination based on site or linked data are forbidden and may violate law. Texas Public Sex Offender Registry information is published for public protection, not confrontation or vigilante acts. Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 62.005 also addresses misuse and civil liability.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Taylor County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not produce credit reports, consumer reports, or official background checks. Site data and linked tools may not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A legally compliant consumer report must come from an authorized source that meets the purpose's FCRA duties, not from this site.

5. No Legal Advice

General descriptions of Taylor County records are not legal advice. A licensed Texas lawyer should address how a charge, warrant, conviction, expunction, or nondisclosure rule affects a specific matter.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are provided “as is,” without a promise that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time

• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate
